Growth Hacker / Head of Marketing
Role Overview
We're looking for a highly driven Growth Hacker / Head of Marketing to lead Wearforce's go-to-market strategy from MVP to full launch. You'll be responsible for building our brand presence, acquiring design partners, and establishing product-market fit in the field operations and enterprise software space.
This is a ground-floor opportunity at Teampire Ltd to shape the marketing strategy for an innovative voice-first CRM & ERP platform targeting municipalities, utilities, and field service organizations.
Product Launch Timeline
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategy for MVP, soft launch, and full launch phases
- Build and manage inbound lead generation channels (SEO, content marketing, social media, paid advertising)
- Create compelling positioning and messaging for multiple ICPs: municipalities, utilities, field service teams
- Establish partnerships with device manufacturers (smartwatch, AR glasses) and distribution channels
- Manage early-stage PR, analyst relations, and thought leadership initiatives
- Design and implement growth experiments to validate product-market fit and optimize conversion funnels
- Build email marketing automation, drip campaigns, and nurture sequences for prospect engagement
- Coordinate with product team to translate feature launches into marketing campaigns
- Recruit and onboard 3-5 design partner organizations for MVP testing
- Track, analyze, and report on all marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline velocity)
- Own the company website, blog, case studies, and all digital properties
- Manage marketing budget allocation across channels for maximum ROI
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in enterprise software or AI/ML products
- Proven track record of leading 0-to-1 go-to-market launches and achieving measurable growth
- Deep understanding of demand generation, content marketing, and SEO best practices
- Experience marketing to technical buyers and enterprise decision-makers
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to craft compelling narratives
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Available to work UK timezone hours (GMT/BST) for team collaboration
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in an early-stage startup
- Passion for AI, conversational interfaces, and the future of enterprise software
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to municipalities, utilities, or government organizations
- Background in field service, logistics, or industrial operations sectors
- Familiarity with AI/LLM products and voice-first interfaces
- Previous experience in open-source software marketing
- Network of contacts in UK/EU enterprise procurement or public sector
- Design skills (Figma, Canva) for creating marketing assets
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) strategies
- Understanding of wearable technology and AR/VR market dynamics
